These two posters also show the global nature of the war, and how the theme of landscape recurred in the posters of many countries far from the Front lines.

The first poster is Brazilian, and stresses the importance of agriculture: the text calls for increases in food production in order to avoid the hunger experienced in Europe.

The second poster is Canadian, but was aimed at men who had emigrated from Ireland. The poster calls for recruits to join the Irish Canadian Rangers and uses a view of an Irish landscape, as well as the national symbol of clover, to appeal to the Irish émigrés.
