The Craft of Anthropology

Tim Ingold was Max Gluckman Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester before taking up the newly established Chair of Social Anthropology at the University of Aberdeen in 1999. His current research focuses on bringing art, architecture and anthropology together on the level of practice, exploring the relations between human beings and the environments they inhabit.
