Daniel Peltz is a multimedia artist working primarily with film and video technologies. His background and continued interest in anthropological methods has informed his media works which have been screened, performed and exhibited as theatrical set pieces, live performances and installations at museums, galleries and festivals. Recent screenings or installations include Tate Modern, London, the 2003 Arizona Biennial, the Art Interactive Gallery, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and most recently at the VIII Salón de Arte Digital in Havana, Cuba. Peltz lives in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and is an Assistant Professor at the Rhode Island School of Design in the Department of Film/Animation/Video.
